It is me again. This time, i need some help to write an About Me page (i have previous written three examples differently, so you can have some content when writing it). This is an English course, where the grades will be given based on English Hooks, Branding, Tone, Voice (e.g. when you write the course you studied, you need to also include something like what is the purpose you pick that course). Anyway i will list down the requirements below, and attach a copy of my About Me so you can use the content.
Oh yah, i need this before 21 February, please help me out, i just need around 200-220 words.
Title: Create an action-packed About page
Requirement
1. Tell your story in about 200 words. You can either revise one of your draft, or write a new “about me” story.
2. Feel free to add quotes about yourself from a family member or friends if you wished.
3. This is an About Page, but also “My story”
4. At this point, you’re probably thinking about how your personal description can be made more visually engaging as an About page on your site.
5. At the end of the day, this About Me story will be posted on a website.
6. Grade will be based both on (a) how well you revise your written description and (b) whether your visual layout is attractive and a good match for your story.
Writing Goal: Turn your personal description into a capsule story for your About page. In this story of your life, convey only the most relevant details and (perhaps) a few fun quirks and twists.
Design Goal: We’ve asked you to add a photo of yourself, but consider adding other images as well. Also, think about other ways to make the layout attractive: subheadings, pullquotes, or highlighed text blocks.
Hint: If you add an interview quote from a friend or family member, that’s a good chance to try out a different text format.

The question is “how to extend the evaluation of America’s criminal justice system by understanding other systems”. Use two readings “is Google making us stupid?” by Nicholas Carr and “The New Jim Crow” by Michelle Alexander to write this essay. There should be 3 paragraph. The introduction and two body paragraphs. The introduction should begin with a general introductory statement or a “hook”(this should be 2-3 sentences). And then, cite the two source essays (authors and titles: “is Google making us stupid?” by Nicholas Carr and “The New Jim Crow” by Michelle Alexander) and gives each reading a brief summary. At the end of the introduction, write the thesis statement clearly. For two body paragraphs, each paragraph should begin with a topic sentence and include two quotes from both readings without any outside resources. To be more detail, please look at the “graphic expos essay” from the sources. No conclusion is needed. Thank you!

Marketing Plan – Beats by Dre At this point, you have selected a product or service to write about and have analyzed market opportunities. This week your challenge will be to focus in on the target market. To be effective, a target market needs to be identifiable (you must know who and where they are in detail), persuadable (you have to convince them to part with their hard-earned money for your product or service), able to pay (goes without saying), and substantial, that is, big enough so that they produce enough sales to meet your top line projections. ( I PICKED BEAT BY DRE SPEAKER) The relevant chapter to guide you is Chapter 7. In part one of the assignment you need to consider each of the following topics, and then address those that apply to your target. Topics that are relevant to every product and service are marked with dollar sign, which I think to be an appropriate indicator. Demographics Geographics Choice Criteria Purchase Influence Product Usage $ Lifestyle Part two is a single paragraph indicating which market strategy you are choosing (niche, mass, or growth) and why.

Kindly use this example. Policy Brief Infectious Diseases, Tuberculosis in India From: Secretary of Health, India To: Minister of Finance, India Introduction: 400,000 Indians die each year from TB. It is the leading cause of death in the ages 15-45 and has the greatest affect on the poverty stricken regions. Several risk factors for TB are HIV, lack of knowledge, urban congestion and pollution, barriers in health care, and cultural differences. TB causes large economic losses, financial burdens to poor families, losses in education, and even familial rejection of infected women. To address TB we must promote DOT in the poorest sectors to improve knowledge and treatment, ensure efficient technology for diagnosis, and target HIV prevalent areas for proper treatment for co-infected patients.

Hi, Please read the instructions for this assignment below. Please let me know which topic would you like to write about. The books we read so far including The Iliad and The Odyssey both by Homer, The Oresteia, Genesis, Job, and Sappho if not, winter. I would personally recommend to write The Iliad or odyssey. I must show proof of attendance to the Museum. You can find pictures online and please let me know which museum in NYC and topic did you pick then I will go there and take a picture of the one you write to show attendance. I would greatly appreciate it! just like the last assignment you did, do not use many big or really complicated words, but the ideas and structure of the essay must be super CLEAR. Thank you Want to ignore historical context and focus on your experience and your own analysis of the cultural piece. You may want to consider your own experience at the museum or theatrical event. And. discuss how this experience reshaped your interpretation or relationship to a text(s) we read this past semester. (Museum: what pieces were around it? Was the piece displayed as part of a theme, historical period, or an artist’s work? How did that shape your interaction with it? Theater: what was the production like? The sets? Costumes? The spectacle?) It is up to you. and there are many other ways you can approach this writing piece. OPTION TWO: For option two. discuss the connection between your creation and a text we read. You might approach this like a book review or artist exhibit review in a newspaper, discussing the major themes you sought to develop. Or. you might reflect on the process of making your work – what choices did you make in crafting your poetry/music/film etc.? Why? What inspired you initially from the original work that led to your creation? How did the process of creating this work make you appreciate a new aspect of the texts we read or the authors who wrote them? Again, it is up to you. and there are many other ways you can approach this writing piece. 1 Core in Contemporary Culture Due: Nov 8th1.1 The Core and Contemporary Culture Assignment: This assignment asks you to be creative and connect the literature we have read this semester to contemporary culture. You must submit 2-3 page writing assignment. 1) One option is that you may select a piece of NYC based western visual art. theater or film and examine them in conjunction with a piece of literature from this semester. These may be found through a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art or attendance of a performance (theater, poetiy. dance, etc.) in NYC. Write an analysis examining the piece/pieces you chose to discuss, relating them to the literature we have read, and how the engagement with the pieces you chose makes you think reflect understand the literature we have read this semester. As creativity is a component of the assignment, be selective in picking what you want to write about. 2) Alternatively, you may develop your own creative project (visual art. theater, poetiy. dialogue, letter). In addition to submitting your piece, you must write an analysis explaining how your work interprets and relates to literature we have read. Grading of this assignment will be based to some degree on creativity but mostly on your ability to present a clear, organized piece of writing that demonstrates an engagement with the text. DUE: The written assignments are due 11/9. In addition to submitting your written piece, you must show proof of attendance (photos of tickets or attendance/selected pieces) that may be submitted via email. For those of you going on the Met Tour. be creative in your selection of what work you want to use for your assignment. You may want to pick a piece not discussed on the torn- itself. You are welcome to go to the Met on your own time and pick a piece. **It is not necessary to construct an argument in the way that you do for the analytic essays. However, your essay, should be organized, and an argument or at least a clear introduction explaining the piece that you selected or created and its connection to the text(s) this past semester, may be helpful. I would also encourage you to make the connection between the cultural piece and what you saw obvious. Show engagement both with the text we read this past semester and draw connections between the text and the cultural piece you chose. You should cite or reference the text as needed. OPTION ONE: If you are doing option ONE. you have a variety of options. You may want to consider the historical context in which the cultural piece you selected was created.

You will be expected to find current news articles pertaining to the current topics in the Strategy course and to describe issues related to the 3C’s and 4P’s. Most often, firms that are in the news are in the news for a “bad” reason – they’ve made a mistake and lost customer support which has led to declining purchases, negative word of mouth, etc. Using the week’s relevant material, I’d like for you to: 1. Tell me what the problem is (the firm is experiencing problems because…..) 2. Suggest 1-2 reasons for why the firm might be struggling (e.g., the firm is struggling because it produced a product that is inconsistent with the brand image or the firm is struggling because a competitor produced a better product) 3. Propose a reasonable way forward (i.e., what the firm can do to mitigate losses or to recover from losses in profits). By “reasonable,” I mean a solution the firm could actually implement in order to improve. This recommendation should be specific (not, “I recommend the firm research what consumers want or the firm needs to advertise on social media) and should follow logically from your analysis on the first two points. Full marks will be awarded to assignments with a specific, logical plan of action that makes sense given potential budget constraints. If you recommend overly expensive social media or advertising campaigns without considering the firm’s budget and resources, your recommendation is likely to be considered one that is superficial. That is, your recommendation should be feasible and reasonable, especially given the current economic climate with tight budgets. Your assignment should be no more than 2 pages, double spaced, 12 point font. If you prefer to write less, that is fine as long as you answer the questions put forth above. You will complete four of these assignments and I will drop your lowest score. Because of this policy, I will not accept late submissions. Perhaps unsurprisingly components 2 and 3 above are the most important parts of the assignment and will be weighed most heavily. All material should come from current issues in the news – I do not want you focusing on problems firms faced and “solved” a year ago, I want you to focus on the issues of that week. Trusted news sources include many major media outlets (WSJ, Financial Times, NY Times) as well as marketing trade publications (American Marketing Association, AdWeek). Please avoid using opinion pieces for the basis as they are not held to the same standards of journalistic integrity and might be biased. I will provide feedback on your written assignments – as such, they might take some time to grade, especially if I am unable to access consistent childcare during the pandemic (1-2 weeks). Please keep this in mind.

One of the more important measures in regard to international economics is the balance of payments. Think of it as a national accounting measure that looks at the flow of goods and services into and out of an economy in a given period of time. It also shows capital flows into and out of a country. Until 1980, the United States tended to run a positive-to-neutral balance of payments position and was a creditor nation. In the course of the past 30 years, the United States has moved to a negative balance of payments and to being a debtor nation. Review and discuss the following: • Discuss the importance of the balance of payments as an accounting measure. • Discuss the current account and its components and the capital and financial accounts and their components. • How important is the U.S. deficit in traded goods in regard to the balance of payments?

Overview There are many types of auctions, each with strengths and weaknesses at uncovering the real price or value of an item. Auctions are widely used in finance, e-commerce, and e-games. They are also widely used to generate revenue for not-for-profit organizations. The following video describes auctions as price discovery mechanisms: The Ideal Auction(https://www(dot)youtube(dot)com/watch?v=4kWuxfVbIaU) Use the video on auctions and at least three academic or high-quality business publications (see acceptable types below) to compare and contrast English auctions and Dutch auctions, and sealed-bid first-price auctions and Vickery auctions. Acceptable Types of Publications A high-quality, professional business publication is one that is primarily directed at reporting or analyzing the workings of the business. Examples are the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Reuters. Avoid general news publications such as USA Today, the Washington Post, and the New York Times. Please do not rely on Wikipedia, Investopedia, or similar websites as references Instructions Address the following questions in 3-5 pages: 1.) Compare and contrast how each of the following uncovers value: English and Dutch auctions. Sealed-bid first-price auctions and Vickery auctions. 2. Compare and contrast surge pricing and congestion pricing. Give an example of each currently in use. 3. Identify three examples of auctions used in finance, e-commerce, and/or e-games. Explain the following in-depth: *The need for an auction to uncover value in the product or service. *How the type of auction used to uncover the value of the product or service is better at uncovering value than other types of auctions. 4.) What are the advantages or disadvantages of auctions as revenue generators for not-for-profit organizations? 5.) Suggest ways in which a for-profit company, such as the company for which you work or a company for which you aspire to work, can use auctions or dynamic pricing to better uncover value and increase revenue.

1.A useful initial step in analyzing any movie is to distinguish an individual scene’s content from its form. Try to first identify a scene’s subject matter: What is this scene about? What happens? Once you have established that content, you should consider how that content was expressed. What was the mood of the scene? What do you understand about each character’s state of mind? How did you perceive and interpret each moment? Did that understanding shift at any point? Once you know what happened and how you felt about it, search the scene for those formal elements that influenced your interpretation and experience. The combination and interplay of multiple formal elements that you seek is the cinematic language that movies employ to communicate with the viewer.(20points) 2.Do any narrative or visual patterns recur a sufficient number of times to suggest a structural element in themselves? If so, what are these patterns? Do they help you determine the meaning of the film? (20points) 3.Do you notice anything particular about the movie’s presentation of cinematic space—what you see on the screen? Lots of landscapes or close-ups? Moving or static camera? (10points) 4.Does the director manipulate our experience of time? Is this condensing, slowing, speeding, repeating, or reordering of time simply practical (as in removing insignificant events), or is it expressive? If it is expressive, just what does it express? (20points) 5.Does the director’s use of lighting help to create meaning? If so, how? (10points) 6.Do you identify with the camera lens? What does the director compel you to see? What is left to your imagination? What does the director leave out altogether? In the end, besides showing you the action, how does the director’s use of the camera help to create the movie’s meaning? (20points)
