That is why some flatform is using native advertisement as their way of promoting a brand this way. Users will interact and have fun at the same time while viewing the said advertisement. In this summary, I will discuss the summary of the article given to us and summarize the main idea surrounding native advertisement.

Required Resources Read/review the following resources for this activity: Minimum of 8 scholarly resources (These are from the Week 4 Annotated Bibliography. Conduct additional research as needed.) Introduction You will work on a research project for the duration of this course that you will deliver as a presentation. Here is a brief breakdown of the project so that you can plan your time in the course: Week Task Week 3 Topic Selection Week 5 Annotated Bibliography Week 6 Script Week 8 Presentation Instructions The next step in the course project is to develop a script that you will use to record the narration for your presentation. Include headings for the slide number. Your final presentation should have 5-8 slides (not including title slide, conclusion slide, or references slide). Here are a few tips: Address all requirements for the content. Balance the amount of content for each slide. If there is too much content on one slide, try to break it up into two slides or consider where you can be more concise with your wording. Include citations where needed (e.g., quoted material and paraphrased/summarized ideas from a source that are not common knowledge). Note: When you get to the recording phase – you will need to read your in-text citations aloud, but you do not need to read your references slide. Looking Ahead Practice reading their script now so that you will be ready to record by Week 8. You may use PowerPoint or another method (mp4 file) approved by your instructor. Option #1: Differences in Hearts Each person has a unique set of circumstances that lead to a unique heart, but there are some trends where we see consistent similarities. For example, how does a runner’s heart perform differently from that of the average non-runner? How do infant’s hearts work differently from adult hearts? Is there a difference in male and female hearts? Pick any two groups of people that interest you (they do not have to be one of the groups just mentioned) to compare for this assignment. Address the following points in your paper: 1) Describe the function of the heart. 2) Trace the flow of blood through the heart to the rest of the body. 3) Describe what a healthy heart sounds like; what a healthy heart rate is; and what a healthy blood pressure is. 4) Compare and contrast heart sounds, heart rate, and blood pressure in the two groups of focus for your paper. 5) Are the sounds, heart rate, and blood pressure in these groups of people healthy, or is there a problem? Explain. 6) What was most interesting about comparing these two groups? Essay Requirements: Your cohesive and well-organized essay should be at least 1-2 pages in length, double spaced. Include at least one scholarly reference in addition to the course textbook. The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these references. Include a title page and a references page. Follow the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA.

Assignment Guidelines: Select one artist covered in the lecture and one of their artworks to critique. Title the essay in a way that provides anticipation for the content of the essay. In the introductory paragraph of your essay, introduce the artist and artwork providing background information for each. For example: What is the artist’s name? What is their nationality? Where do they live? What type of work do they make? What artwork are you going to cover? What is its title? What materials is it made out of? When was it made? How is the piece experienced? At the end of the introductory paragraph, provide your thesis. This is your critique of the artwork. There are many judgements you may have for the work of art you are writing about and it is up to you to develop those into your critique. If you are struggling to develop your critique, start with considering the effectiveness or impact of the artwork. Does the artwork change the way you think about something? Does it not? Does it make you think differently about some ideas, but not others? Does the work operate only on sensationalism or shock value? Is the work well-researched and nuanced providing many interpretations by many different people? In the following paragraphs, describe the artwork at length and provide your arguments that support and flesh out your critique of the artwork. In these paragraphs, you are answering WHY you critique the artwork in this way. In your concluding paragraph, relay your thesis (that is not just re-stating it) that summarizes your perceived impact of the work of art. Think about the artwork’s personal impact upon you, the cultural impact of the artwork, the historical impact, and/or the political impact of the artwork. 7. Embed an image of the work you discussed within your essay. Add an appropriate citation to your Works Cited page. Examples of art critics writing art reviews: Roberta Smith’s review of Orlan from 1993. David J. Getsy’s review of Cassils from 2017. Kara Q. Smith’s review of Stelarc from 2012. Technical Requirements: Your response to this assignment must contain between 500 – 700 words to receive top marks with a maximum of 700 words in length (not including bibliography). Your response must be conceptually polished and fully edited when submitted as a finished product. Your response must be submitted to its assigned CANVAS assignment box by the due date and time assigned for this assignment. All research sources used must be fully and accurately documented using the citation standards of the Modern Language Association (MLA). See Writing Guidelines and Student Sample Paper for more information. Your response must be formatted in a readable typeface (e. g., Arial, Times New Roman, Helvetica) and saved as a DOC/DOCX (Microsoft word) file. No other file formats will be accepted for evaluation. Double-spaced, 12 pt. font size, 1-inch margins on all sides, and only one space after periods or other punctuation marks. Provide a title for all written assignments for modules 1-6 and for the final paper. When submitting your response to the CANVAS assignment box, please label your file “FIRST NAME LAST NAME ASSIGNMENT #”. For example, “Sidney Mullis Assignment 4”. Successful participation in this module exercise will demonstrate the student’s ability to: Identify and analyze this recorded lecture, as well as perform self-directed research to relay an understanding of contemporary art themes, practices, artworks and art terminology. Identify and analyze this recorded lecture, as well as perform self-directed research to relay an understanding of historical, cultural, social and political events and ideologies that implicate contemporary culture. Define, apply, and convey his / her understandings of and opinions about contemporary art in discipline-specific written conventions.

Week 2: Measurement One of the keystone concepts in modern quality improvement science is that of measurement. An often heard management adage is “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.” Measurement can come in many different forms, including statistics, charts, and patient satisfaction surveys. This week we begin to explore measurement in health care quality improvement, and we will be introduced to various tools used for measurement. Learning Objectives Students will: Analyze an example of quality that was measured, assessed, and improved Apply simple data collection techniques to a measurement problem Design a data collection mechanism for an aspect of quality Interpret a control chart Synthesize the purpose, methods, and findings from the evidence-based literature that relate to a practice problem Photo Credit: [Anthia Cumming]/[E+]/Getty Images Learning Resources Required Readings Spath, P. (2013). Introduction to healthcare quality management (2nd ed.). Chicago, IL: Health Administration Press. Chapter 3, “Measuring Performance” (pp. 32–72) Chapter 4, “Evaluating Performance” (pp. 73–110) Yoder-Wise, P. S. (2015). Leading and managing in nursing (6th ed.). St. Louis, MO: Mosby. Retrieved from http://www(dot)med(dot)unc(dot)edu/cce/files/education-training/The%20run%20chart%20a%20simple%20analytical%20tool.pdf Discussion: Applying Measurement Tools One example of a measurement tool is the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) comprehensive care measures. Review the eight components of HEDIS comprehensive diabetes care; then consider the following scenario. You are a staff nurse working in a private primary care practice. It is a small practice with 2 MDs (internists), 2 nurses, 1 medical assistant, and an office staff for billing. There are approximately 1,000 patients in the practice. You have had no EHR until the last year, but all charts are manual, historically. Your physicians are starting to inquire about quality incentives, particularly regarding patients with diabetes. By Day 3 Take on the role of the staff nurse in the scenario, and post an explanation of how you would go about finding out how many diabetics are in your practice and how many meet all 8 components of HEDIS comprehensive diabetes care. Support your response with references from the professional nursing literature. Your posts need to be written at the capstone level (see checklist). Notes Initial Post: This should be a 3-paragraph (at least 350 words) response. Be sure to use evidence from the readings and include in-text citations. Utilize essay-level writing practice and skills, including the use of transitional material and organizational frames. Avoid quotes; paraphrase to incorporate evidence into your own writing. A reference list is required. Use the most current evidence (usually ≤ 5 years old). (Refer to AWE Checklist, Capstone) By Day 7 Read two or more of your colleagues’ postings from the Discussion question. Respond to two or more of your colleagues’ postings with a critique of their data mechanisms. Explain whether the data mechanism is practical, how long it might take, any alternatives you might suggest, and/or any electronic data collection possibilities that might apply. Post a Discussion entry on three different days of the week. See the Discussion Rubric found in the Course Information area. Submission and Grading Information Grading Criteria To access your rubric: Week 2 Discussion Rubric Post by Day 3 and Respond by Day 7 To participate in this Discussion: Week 2 Discussion

Kindly use this example. Policy Brief Infectious Diseases, Tuberculosis in India From: Secretary of Health, India To: Minister of Finance, India Introduction: 400,000 Indians die each year from TB. It is the leading cause of death in the ages 15-45 and has the greatest affect on the poverty stricken regions. Several risk factors for TB are HIV, lack of knowledge, urban congestion and pollution, barriers in health care, and cultural differences. TB causes large economic losses, financial burdens to poor families, losses in education, and even familial rejection of infected women. To address TB we must promote DOT in the poorest sectors to improve knowledge and treatment, ensure efficient technology for diagnosis, and target HIV prevalent areas for proper treatment for co-infected patients.

You will be expected to find current news articles pertaining to the current topics in the Strategy course and to describe issues related to the 3C’s and 4P’s. Most often, firms that are in the news are in the news for a “bad” reason – they’ve made a mistake and lost customer support which has led to declining purchases, negative word of mouth, etc. Using the week’s relevant material, I’d like for you to: 1. Tell me what the problem is (the firm is experiencing problems because…..) 2. Suggest 1-2 reasons for why the firm might be struggling (e.g., the firm is struggling because it produced a product that is inconsistent with the brand image or the firm is struggling because a competitor produced a better product) 3. Propose a reasonable way forward (i.e., what the firm can do to mitigate losses or to recover from losses in profits). By “reasonable,” I mean a solution the firm could actually implement in order to improve. This recommendation should be specific (not, “I recommend the firm research what consumers want or the firm needs to advertise on social media) and should follow logically from your analysis on the first two points. Full marks will be awarded to assignments with a specific, logical plan of action that makes sense given potential budget constraints. If you recommend overly expensive social media or advertising campaigns without considering the firm’s budget and resources, your recommendation is likely to be considered one that is superficial. That is, your recommendation should be feasible and reasonable, especially given the current economic climate with tight budgets. Your assignment should be no more than 2 pages, double spaced, 12 point font. If you prefer to write less, that is fine as long as you answer the questions put forth above. You will complete four of these assignments and I will drop your lowest score. Because of this policy, I will not accept late submissions. Perhaps unsurprisingly components 2 and 3 above are the most important parts of the assignment and will be weighed most heavily. All material should come from current issues in the news – I do not want you focusing on problems firms faced and “solved” a year ago, I want you to focus on the issues of that week. Trusted news sources include many major media outlets (WSJ, Financial Times, NY Times) as well as marketing trade publications (American Marketing Association, AdWeek). Please avoid using opinion pieces for the basis as they are not held to the same standards of journalistic integrity and might be biased. I will provide feedback on your written assignments – as such, they might take some time to grade, especially if I am unable to access consistent childcare during the pandemic (1-2 weeks). Please keep this in mind.
