Feminism – Domination is an Abomination
Understanding the complex interaction between reality and circumstances of the feminist movement is essential for its success. It allows everyone to appreciate its ‘true meanings’ and reduces resistance and friction against this movement. However, as Catherine Mann has noted in her work entitled Domination is Abomination, sexism has permanently been embedded and passed systematically. It became a subtle and unconscious part of society that operates through a specific method, thereby creating a cycle of oppression that most would not even notice at all. Thus, in this article, I would like to focus on these kinds of oppression by looking at some of the arguments of women’s rights movements among others. All in all, I believe that having a deeper understanding of these arguments would allow for a better appreciation of the true intent of the women’s rights movements.

Arguments of the Women’s Rights Movements
The first argument of the women’s rights movement is that it is not ‘anti-male’ but only anti-sexism. Indeed, most women’s rights movements these days include ‘straight heterosexual males’ who support the women’s movement. However, since opposition groups (who are usually patriarchal) proffer the idea that feminism is essentially anti-male, they continue their oppression by making it appear that such movement is anti-equality after all.
The second argument of the women’s rights movement is that it is most likely to unite all women. It is not only limited to gender but also other social issues such as racism, classism, and ageism, among others. Similar to the argument above, this kind of mentality is used by anti-feminist movement groups by showing that the feminist movement is a very limited and narrow movement that does not take into consideration the welfare of others.

Once Tom Friedman finished the book he thought he would be able to return to the business of being a journalist, comfortable with the ‘framework’ that he had established. Then 2007 happened and challenged his thinking. How does he explain how the year 2007 altered his “view of how the Machine worked” in his chapter “What the Hell Happened in 2007”?[I encourage you to consult a number of sources when developing your answer. For instance, Tom Friedman’s MIT Compton Lecture (Links to an external site.) [Fall 2018] and his discussion with Yuval Harari “How To Understand Our Times” (Links to an external site.) might be of utility, not just as substance for this and the following questions, but also as useful prompts to consider your own thinking on various ‘questions of our day’).] 11) Friedman draws attention to the following graph (Astro Teller graph) in his chapter “What the Hell Happened in 2007”. 11. Please explain what “we are here” actually means in this graph and using both the writings of Friedman and Harari please outline several risks of being in this position on the graph (Please be thorough with your explanation). 12. Citing Teller, Friedman argues that we are all going to need to learn the “bicycle trick”. What does he mean by this metaphor?

Classification using cladograms worksheet (10 pts)You will turn in this worksheet. ________________________________________This section is designed as an easy points getter : )The path the course is now taking is to identify traits/characteristics and to think about how those traits have affected the species in question. For example, we have reviewed a bit about the changes in the skeletons of humans and other species. In those things we have noted skeletons have changed in a sequence overtime in that;● Human types have special adaptations which allow and require a two legged walk, aka facultative bipedalism.● There are isolation forces, geographic isolation, which can produce changes in animal types based on the ecosystem. For example,Foster’s Rule.● That variation of species is measurable as noted by Darwin’s Finches. Here in this section, there is a short lesson which gets the student acquainted with the process of biological classification. This is a small and simple lesson to give the idea of distinct traits, and mosaic species. This process can start with some basic assumptions, scientific ones, that things potentially get more complex as they change. It is important to note that a species can become simpler to survive but it also noted that some things become more complex. That being said we will start with the assumption that; things potentially get more complex as they change. Simpler is then older and more complex is newer. Note in following species, Andersenii aquaticus, is about first, the identification of the simply described simplest form of the organism, noted by the membranes (borders) and nothing else distinctive (Table1, Key concept 1.) This lesson assesses Mendel’s first law of: segregation. That is that offspring inherit their traits from parents. Therefore, related species had to get their traits from ones that existed before. It assesses evolutionary theory in showing that organisms tend towards complexity but at time entropy happens and things leave the family line. It shows the theory of phylogenetics ( gene types) and shows the relation in arbitrary time on the cladogram.

Option 1: Mathematics-Oriented Career Education Planning Chart Complete the Mathematics-Oriented Career Education Planning Chart on page 358 of Math Instruction for Students with Learning Problems for your case study student. Even if your student is in elementary school, this chart is still applicable. As a teacher, you may decide some of the categories under the subdomain column, but some might be guided by the student’s interests. Use the Mathematics Content Codes on page 230 of Math Instruction for Students with Learning Problems. Note. You may reformat the chart to fit your needs as long as it is clear, organized, and contains the same headings. Option 2: Content Integration Planning Chart Create a chart similar to Figure 7.3 on page 214 of Math Instruction for Students with Learning Problems for your case study student. Decide which subject you want to integrate with mathematics to design a unit. The Unit Problem must be like the example: a question that is open ended, requiring investigation, without a set answer. This does not have to be connected to the unit plan or previous lesson ideas for your case study student. Keep in mind the difference between a concept and a skill. Note. You may reformat the chart to fit your needs as long as it is clear, organized, and contains: A Unit Problem and three questions with corresponding concepts from both mathematics and another subject. (SEE ATTACHMENT FILES) Submit a compilation of the Student Profile, Assessment Analysis, Assignment Revision and Life Skills or Content Integration Plan as a Word document by Sunday. Consider making revisions from instructor feedback of your Student Profile, Assessment Analysis, and Assignment Revision before submitting the assignment.

Locate an example of a policy or guideline from an external source to a healthcare organization. Explain how this policy or guideline may be a constraint to a healthcare organization’s planning, or how it may shape the healthcare organization’s philosophy. For example, given that the American Academy of Pediatrics offers guidelines on child vaccinations, these guidelines might impact the ability of the healthcare organization to deliver services to newborns and infants. Using a similar example, as well as the characteristics of effective plans as your framework, discuss how proper planning can help organizations in their future decision making. Guided Response: Review several of your classmates’ posts. Provide a substantive response to at least two of your peers.  In commenting on the policies that your classmates have presented, describe the relationship between the political environment and health care decision making.  Why are they so interconnected?

Your task this week is to choose your favorite course concept or term that we’ve covered thus far. You might choose a term that you find particularly interesting, something that you didn’t know before, something that’s a little unique…whatever you want. The only term you cannot choose for this exercise is “globalization.” Anything else is fair game. Once you’ve chosen your term or concept, I’d like you to create a meme that reflects the concept. Include your meme in your post. Then, briefly (in one paragraph) explain your meme. Why did you pick this term, what are you trying to convey in your meme. Be original and creative. You won’t be able to see your classmates posts until you post so duplicate concepts will not be penalized. Your meme and explanation paragraph must be your original work. Term: Free Trade

One is writing guideline and requirements. Another is my writing and the professor’s review. Please revise my writing according to guideline and review. Including but not limited to: adding words, adding new topic paragraph if need, using clear “personal experience”, better using sources, adding other sources, etc. About the original source. The latter two sources may not be extended, but must be retained. ENGLISH 1100 – COMPOSITION I WRITING PROJECT 3: WRITING WITH RESEARCH – TOPIC GUIDELINES Word count: 1,500 (about 6 pages) Grade Value: 25% Sources to be used for Writing Project #3: • Your own ideas and experiences from either your Writing Project 1 (Writing from Personal Experience) to illustrate your ideas. Topic and purpose for Writing Project #3: Topic: Looking back on the experiences you described about a community problem in Writing Project 1 (Writing from Personal Experience). In Writing Project #3, you will formulate a claim about the question and argue that claim based on personal experience and fact-based evidence. Purpose: In Writing Project #3, your question—and the answer to that question—will reflect your stance (a “claim”) on the issue you’re addressing in your essay. You will formulate and argue the claim using source material that provides fact-based evidence, and you will illustrate your claim about the issue by using your own personal experience. What Writing Project #3 is not: WP#3 is not an informative essay or a “how-to” essay. You will not address the reader directly or use source material that offers “advice” to the reader. Your essay must argue a claim about an issue. Process for Developing Writing Project #3: Develop and organize your WP3 first version: Using your outline as a template, develop your ideas to create a WP3 first version: • Create an introduction: Refer to your experience you told a story about in Writing Project #1 then transition into the broader issue that this experience raised. Ask your “main” question about the community problem and provide a thesis that states your claim in answer to the question. • Develop supporting paragraphs (from your supporting points in your outline): Introduce each supporting paragraph with a topic sentence about a specific aspect of your claim that you want to explore. After each topic sentence, present information (from your own experience and ideas and from source material, correctly cited) that expands on idea in the topic sentence. • Write a conclusion: Refer back to your experiences in Writing Project 1 and reflect on your own experience and what you learned from your research that can help your community. • Format a works cited listing to include citations for the outside sources, formatted in MLA style. • Follow guidelines for development of ideas and use and citation of source material. Wp3 first versions that do not meet the minimum word requirement (1,500 words) and do not correctly use and cite sources both in-text and in the Works Cited listing will have points deducted. Write your final version of Writing Project 3 (100 points): Based on the comments of your peer review partner(s) and the instructor as well as your own ideas for revision, you will decide if you want to revise to create a WP3 final version. WP3 final versions that do not have correctly cited sources both in-text and in the Works Cited listing will not receive a passing grade; once a final version is submitted, you will not have an opportunity to revise.

We need to research and write about a biological influence and psychological/social influence on a chosen facet of sexuality. I have attached a topics list to pick from. I would prefer the topic “pair bonding” but it is largely up the the writer based on the sources they find. We need to find four primary sources to cite to support our claims, two primary sources to support the biological influence on our facet of sexuality and two primary sources to support the the psychological/social influence. I’ve also attached assignment instructions and the rubric, and an APA guide.   PSYCH 204 HUMAN SEXUALITY Research Assignment Instructions Select one facet of human sexuality (e.g., sexual orientation, gender identity, attraction) and discuss BOTH of the following: • A biological influence on your chosen topic • A psychological or social influence on your chosen topic The purpose of this assignment is to help you develop insight into the biological, social, and psychological perspectives that inform issues of human sexuality. As we have seen, many topics in this course are multifaceted and have multiple influencing factors. Examples of topics and hints about what would make an appropriate topic are posted to D2L. The assignment is worth 16% of your final grade. Without approved documentation, late assignments will be penalized 10% per day, including weekends. Documentation must be submitted before the deadline to be considered. Citations You will need to cite two primary sources for the biological influence and two primary sources for the psychological/social influence, for a total of four primary sources. A primary source includes a book or a peer-reviewed journal article. Using a magazine (such as Scientific American) is not a proper peer-reviewed source and will not get you full marks. Do not use Wikipedia for your references, as Wikipedia is open to edit by anyone and is not peer-reviewed. Remember that you MUST cite every idea that you write about that is not your own. Even if you just cited the same source in the sentence before. When in doubt, include a citation. It is better to paraphrase an idea than to directly quote it – use direct quotes sparingly and only when they are really necessary for impact. Remember though that when you paraphrase it is still an idea from another source and it must be cited. Format The total assignment will be a maximum of four pages, not including your cover page and reference (i.e., up to six pages altogether including the cover page and reference page). Use Times New Roman, 12 pt font, double spaced. Use 1” margins on the page. You must follow proper APA formatting to get full marks (details about APA formatting are posted to D2L)
