We experience things based on many factors, perception (a biological function) and means others see the world differently than we do. When we know that others do have the same experiences, do not see the same things, and have a different world view we can begin to acknowledge their differences as a result of their worldview and not always an absolute sense of knowing we are us and yet we alone are right. This is known as cultural relativism.

The Chamber and other city leaders want to reverse this trend; the Chamber is tasked with identifying new businesses to fill the vacant commercial properties.
