I need a 1 page personal statement for a digital media design course i plan to undertake in University (Masters Degree). Basically, this personal statement is more like an admission essay, max 500 words. I have previously completed Bachelor degree Information Technology and a Postgraduate course in Computer Science. The reason i wanted to do this (digital media design) course is I am currently working in a bank, as a project manager. There are a lot of projects that require special skills (i have the concept but applying the concept in the content will require specific skills) that I can acquire from this course, e.g. programming languages, animations, design and web application etc). Also, i failed to achieve the computer skills that i wanted to acquire (my ex-university only teach simple programming language, e.g. mainly in Java, but nothing else) in my previous University. Just 1 programming language is not sufficient to help me in my current company. This is why i wanted to acquire more computing skills this time.
This is roughly want i wanted to express in the personal statement essay, you can transform it as much as you want as long as the essay can be written interestingly. I will set 10 days dateline but if you can complete it earlier, it will be better but no hurry. Thank you so much!

Personal Admission Essay
Albert Einstein once said that “Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them”. These words are perhaps one of the best ideas that have inspired my life while growing up and building my career in the field of programming and management.
As of today, I am writing this essay to continue my passion and journey to improve myself. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Postgraduate certification in Computer Science. It was during those times when I developed my fundamentals as a programmer and a project manager, which proved crucial for my career.

Aside from my degree, another significant strength that I have is my vast experience in the fields of digital marketing and technologies. Before my current job as a project manager, I worked as a digital marketing officer for a telecommunication company and subsequently to multiple eCommerce companies. It was during my time working for a large telecommunication company that I was able to develop my time and stress management skills as I had to create a variety of marketing campaigns for different clients. Accordingly, it was my experience as an eCommerce marketing officer for multiple companies that I learned how to structure my funnels well to increase customer acquisition and profitability.
As of today, I am working in a bank as a project manager with the primary task of improving its functionalities and customer experience. One thing that I learned is that being a manager requires a more demanding responsibility.

Write a structured essay with a clear thesis; back arguments and claims with evidence and examples; actively integrate, define, and explain course terms where appropriate, etc. Remember, take this chance to show what you have learned! no citation page needed or intext citation The pandemic plunged the US economy into a sudden economic recession in February. Congress responded with one round of stimulus checks for citizens and are discussing a second. Are providing citizens a stimulus check fiscal or monetary policy, Keynesianism or supply-side economics? Define these 4 terms. Then, assume the role of economic advisor to Congress and the president. Should they use fiscal or monetary policy or both to bring the US economy out of the sudden recession? Keynesianism or supply-side economics? Use history and past economic policy to justify your argument. What are the consequences of your approach for the US, which currently has over a $26 trillion dollar deficit? President Nixon famously claimed implementation is policy, which highlights the potential power of the bureaucracy. What are the 3 powers or functions of the bureaucracy in policy implementation? Explain each power and how it works? Use the example of OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Health Agency) and illustrate how each power can come into play in their enforcement of a safe work environment. Finally, if the powers of the bureaucracy needs to be reined in, explain how Congress, the presidency, and/or the judiciary can check the bureaucracy. Back your checks with examples from history and/or current practice.

Readings: Zadie Smith, Joy Helen Rosner, Christ in the Garden of Endless Breadsticks In ‘Joy, Smith invites us to rethink the experience of ‘pleasure’ and ‘joy’ and argues that the experience of joy is central to the human experience. In the first paper, I would like you to put Smith’s theory of joy to work, determining whether it can help us understand the appeal of ‘The Olive Garden’ as discussed by Rosner. To what extent can we use Smith’s understanding of ‘joy’ and ‘pleasure’ to rethink the ‘agonies and ecstasies’ of the Olive Garden? How might Rosner’s view of the Olive Garden help refine or complicate Smith’s understanding of joy? Additional questions you might want to consider: Are there moments of ‘joy’ in Rosner’s discussion of eating at The Olive Garden? In what way do they conform to ‘joy’? In what way are they different? How could this be related to Gaugin’s painting? For Smith, joy has a complicated process. Is there something similar at the Olive Garden? Is the experience of eating food always simply a pleasure? Does Rosner offer a more positive version of what Smith calls ‘joy’? A more negative one? Smith often refers to pleasure as a release from anxiety. What is the role of anxiety in both essays?

We experience things based on many factors, perception (a biological function) and means others see the world differently than we do. When we know that others do have the same experiences, do not see the same things, and have a different world view we can begin to acknowledge their differences as a result of their worldview and not always an absolute sense of knowing we are us and yet we alone are right. This is known as cultural relativism.

Hi, Please read the instructions for this assignment below. Please let me know which topic would you like to write about. The books we read so far including The Iliad and The Odyssey both by Homer, The Oresteia, Genesis, Job, and Sappho if not, winter. I would personally recommend to write The Iliad or odyssey. I must show proof of attendance to the Museum. You can find pictures online and please let me know which museum in NYC and topic did you pick then I will go there and take a picture of the one you write to show attendance. I would greatly appreciate it! just like the last assignment you did, do not use many big or really complicated words, but the ideas and structure of the essay must be super CLEAR. Thank you Want to ignore historical context and focus on your experience and your own analysis of the cultural piece. You may want to consider your own experience at the museum or theatrical event. And. discuss how this experience reshaped your interpretation or relationship to a text(s) we read this past semester. (Museum: what pieces were around it? Was the piece displayed as part of a theme, historical period, or an artist’s work? How did that shape your interaction with it? Theater: what was the production like? The sets? Costumes? The spectacle?) It is up to you. and there are many other ways you can approach this writing piece. OPTION TWO: For option two. discuss the connection between your creation and a text we read. You might approach this like a book review or artist exhibit review in a newspaper, discussing the major themes you sought to develop. Or. you might reflect on the process of making your work – what choices did you make in crafting your poetry/music/film etc.? Why? What inspired you initially from the original work that led to your creation? How did the process of creating this work make you appreciate a new aspect of the texts we read or the authors who wrote them? Again, it is up to you. and there are many other ways you can approach this writing piece. 1 Core in Contemporary Culture Due: Nov 8th1.1 The Core and Contemporary Culture Assignment: This assignment asks you to be creative and connect the literature we have read this semester to contemporary culture. You must submit 2-3 page writing assignment. 1) One option is that you may select a piece of NYC based western visual art. theater or film and examine them in conjunction with a piece of literature from this semester. These may be found through a visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art or attendance of a performance (theater, poetiy. dance, etc.) in NYC. Write an analysis examining the piece/pieces you chose to discuss, relating them to the literature we have read, and how the engagement with the pieces you chose makes you think reflect understand the literature we have read this semester. As creativity is a component of the assignment, be selective in picking what you want to write about. 2) Alternatively, you may develop your own creative project (visual art. theater, poetiy. dialogue, letter). In addition to submitting your piece, you must write an analysis explaining how your work interprets and relates to literature we have read. Grading of this assignment will be based to some degree on creativity but mostly on your ability to present a clear, organized piece of writing that demonstrates an engagement with the text. DUE: The written assignments are due 11/9. In addition to submitting your written piece, you must show proof of attendance (photos of tickets or attendance/selected pieces) that may be submitted via email. For those of you going on the Met Tour. be creative in your selection of what work you want to use for your assignment. You may want to pick a piece not discussed on the torn- itself. You are welcome to go to the Met on your own time and pick a piece. **It is not necessary to construct an argument in the way that you do for the analytic essays. However, your essay, should be organized, and an argument or at least a clear introduction explaining the piece that you selected or created and its connection to the text(s) this past semester, may be helpful. I would also encourage you to make the connection between the cultural piece and what you saw obvious. Show engagement both with the text we read this past semester and draw connections between the text and the cultural piece you chose. You should cite or reference the text as needed. OPTION ONE: If you are doing option ONE. you have a variety of options. You may want to consider the historical context in which the cultural piece you selected was created.

One of his female employees has made a complaint to the Alberta Human Rights Commission against Luke concerning gender discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. The employee alleges that she and the other women lifeguards were recently forced to wear newly issued skimpy company bikinis instead of the previous one-piece suits while performing their lifeguarding duties. Those who refused would be given last choice on shifts (which, practically speaking, meant that they would be getting no shifts). The complainant protested to Luke but eventually gave in since it was too late in the summer to find another job. Additionally, the employee claims that, since the female staff was forced to wear the bikinis, Luke drops in constantly for site visits. His visits with females are more frequent and much longer lasting than with male staff. In fact, it is alleged that these visits have earned him the nickname of “Leering Luke.” Several female employees have told Luke that they find his behaviour unwelcome and are uncomfortable wearing the bikinis. Luke knows about his nickname but stands behind his policy. According to Luke, business has increased and, as a result, there has been more to “supervise” at each visit. Explain the concepts of gender discrimination and sexual harassment. Identify facts in the scenario which may support the employee’s claim and consider what other unstated facts, if proved, might also provide support. Identify a defense that Luke may raise.
