The documentary focuses on how common British domestic have lived before the advancement of our times. They are primarily focused on their houses, such as the bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen, but as for that episode, they have focused on developing their bedroom alone. As the name of the documentary show said, “If walls could talk,” it suggests that if our walls have eyes and mouth, they could tell how does time changes how we live, until today. Numerous activities are done in the bedroom back then, children would be born there, and ceremonies and traditions are initiated in the day. The documentary was probably filmed somewhere in 2016 and probably also aired that same year.

The host of the show Lucy Worsley explores our bedroom’s history since the Middle Ages. She highlighted those bedrooms are not as private and comfy as we think they are now because they are usually crowded and noisy back in the days. They would use sacks and filled with grass or hay to act as their mattresses. Having a bed alone means a high status in society. The riches can only buy beds because they are challenging to make in those days. As she discovered the history of bedrooms, she continually as for some experts and professionals to further widen her knowledge about the history of bedrooms.

Kindly use this example. Policy Brief Infectious Diseases, Tuberculosis in India From: Secretary of Health, India To: Minister of Finance, India Introduction: 400,000 Indians die each year from TB. It is the leading cause of death in the ages 15-45 and has the greatest affect on the poverty stricken regions. Several risk factors for TB are HIV, lack of knowledge, urban congestion and pollution, barriers in health care, and cultural differences. TB causes large economic losses, financial burdens to poor families, losses in education, and even familial rejection of infected women. To address TB we must promote DOT in the poorest sectors to improve knowledge and treatment, ensure efficient technology for diagnosis, and target HIV prevalent areas for proper treatment for co-infected patients.

General Instructions: Write in a thoughtful, clear, and complete manner with a thesis statement and by writing full sentences, paragraphs, and transitions. Do not use direct quotations. It is essential that you learn to paraphrase or summarize. You will be expected to use MLA in-text citations and Works Cited at the end of each assignment for the primary source article and any other articles or websites you used to develop your response. Italicize works of art, just as you would like books and film. Assignment Instructions: Select one of the four (4) works of art from the previous Analysis (Case Study) Resources page to focus on to conduct your first visual analysis. Provide a thoughtful and well developed visual analysis based on the techniques practiced leading up to this assignment. The final product should be a 2-page paper. Your initial reading is a close examination of the work you’ve chosen before you read about it. In order to describe what you see, you might consider: What do you notice first? Why? What do the colors convey? How? How is the space occupied? Is there a foreground and a background (2D) or is the piece sculptural (3D) with mass and volume? Is there an implied shape, such as a triangle, square, or circle, that brings balance to the composition? Are there diagonal lines that make it dynamic? Next, read the materials provided about the work of art. You are welcome to do additional research on the internet as long as you use reputable websites, such as those from museums and art publications. Go back to your piece and take an even closer look. Think about what you’ve read and what you see. How does its meaning deepen from additional information the work of art? Then, consider how the formal elements play into the artist’s intention or audience’s interpretation of the work. Making connections and observations about form and content are the key to writing a strong analysis. Remember to cite as appropriate. Refer to your Plagiarism Quiz as a refresher. Include several of areas from the first and second points to bring you to the third point. 1. Initial Reading (what do you see and understand when you first look at the work?) -Medium (materials) -Formal Elements -Subject 2. Contextual Research -Content -History -Emphasis -Effect -Symbolism -Relevance -Political Parallels -Social Implications -Audience? -Influences? -Captions/Title/Text -Ethical/Logical/Emotional Appeal? 3. Meaning Bring it together. What does the work of art mean? Develop a persuasive, cohesive analysis that includes what you see through form and context. Select one of the following options to submit for the Life Skills & Content Integration Plan. Label the assignment with the title of the option you selected. Option 1: Mathematics-Oriented Career Education Planning Chart Complete the Mathematics-Oriented Career Education Planning Chart on page 358 of Math Instruction for Students with Learning Problems for your case study student. Even if your student is in elementary school, this chart is still applicable. As a teacher, you may decide some of the categories under the subdomain column, but some might be guided by the student’s interests. Use the Mathematics Content Codes on page 230 of Math Instruction for Students with Learning Problems. Note. You may reformat the chart to fit your needs as long as it is clear, organized, and contains the same headings. Option 2: Content Integration Planning Chart Create a chart similar to Figure 7.3 on page 214 of Math Instruction for Students with Learning Problems for your case study student. Decide which subject you want to integrate with mathematics to design a unit. The Unit Problem must be like the example: a question that is open ended, requiring investigation, without a set answer. This does not have to be connected to the unit plan or previous lesson ideas for your case study student. Keep in mind the difference between a concept and a skill. Note. You may reformat the chart to fit your needs as long as it is clear, organized, and contains: A Unit Problem and three questions with corresponding concepts from both mathematics and another subject. (SEE ATTACHMENT FILES) Submit a compilation of the Student Profile, Assessment Analysis, Assignment Revision and Life Skills or Content Integration Plan as a Word document by Sunday. Consider making revisions from instructor feedback of your Student Profile, Assessment Analysis, and Assignment Revision before submitting the assignment.

Our topic is “Concerns regarding the Safety of Students and faculty at the University of Maryland. ” Part II: Literature Review and Available Models and your primary research so far. (10 pages are minimum) Here you will identify and discuss resources currently available on this subject, both within the immediate context of the problem/opportunity you are addressing, as well as at large. For example, if there is already a great deal of internal documentation at the office/department/organization/company you are addressing, you can mention what these resources are, in addition to any available scholarly or other popular research. The items discussed here should be listed in your bibliography. Most importantly, you will want to identify examples of other offices/departments/organizations/companies that have encountered the same issue and who may have already developed solutions. Likely, your audience is not the first to encounter the problem you’ve identified. Who else has attempted to address the same or similar problem, and how have they gone about it? Provide Primary Research (original research) you conducted. This should include at least ONE survey and TWO-THREE interviews. (If your group has four members, you NEED THREE interviews.) Note: We already have 150+ responses from the survey. we will attach the survey. For the interview, we only have 2 interviewer’s title and name. You can come up with your own interview questions and answers to support your writing. Part III: Proposed Solution (5 pages minimum) Based on your assessment of the problem/opportunity, and the available research and models you identified, outline your solution in detail. Carefully provide the analysis that led you to this proposed solution, providing any additional evidence. Be as detailed as possible about the nature of the solution, costs/time/etc. We have 3 solutions now. You can find them in our attached outline. Watch at least three you tube videos of Ohad Naharin, Crystal Pite, and William Forsythe (a contemporary ballet choreographer) or Bill T jones. I am providing links for three of these choreographers. Please after watching no less than six links, choose 3 in which to write about. You may as an alternative, write about one of the contemporary dance pieces that you found yourself on You- Tube. If you choose a piece from YouTube, it must be from a performance in a theatre. You may also choose one that a classmate has shared. If you choose one of these, you will still need to critique 2 from the links that I have provided. If you decide to include Bill T. Jones, you can find this on your own. You will include in your title sentence and in the following sentences: the name of the choreographer, where did this piece take place, when it took place, what is the name of the dance piece, and why would you choose this piece to write about. If your feeling towards the piece were negative or positive, please write about that in the “Why” context. I do encourage you however to write about 3 pieces that you enjoyed. In the next paragraph, Please describe the five elements of choreography: content, style, shape, rhythm, and space that you observed in the piece. Also include words that perhaps you may need to use a thesaurus. Find new words to describe the movement quality you observe in these pieces. It will be helpful to perhaps do extra research on- line of the background of each choreographer. this may be placed in you introduction paragraph or in your conclusion. Please do finish this assignment with a strong sentence with your conclusion. I will be using a rubric that will include excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills. I will also be able to detect if you have copied and pasted in anything you send in… so please do not. This must be done in your own words only. If you need to copy anything, please write who wrote it and it must be in quotes. There will be no compromising on this. Use spell check and grammar check.
