Amazon One Step practices a 100% Refund Policy for all unfulfilled orders. This includes instances such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Failure to deliver the services paid for by the client due to the company’s fault, negligence, or foreseen event;
- Failure on the part of third-party providers, unless when the company (AOS) has already performed a part of the service;
- Severe violations or breach of the clients’ data or personal information;
- Other causes entirely attributable to the company’s fault or negligence, including its staff and employees, without contributory negligence on the part of the client;
However, the above provision is subject to various limitations such as, but not limited to the following:
- Causes attributable to the fraud or negligence of its clients;
- Causes brought about by force majeure or any fortuitous events;
- Causes based on unforeseeable and unpredictable circumstances in relation to profitability and product success (see Section 3).
In any other case not mentioned above, Amazon One Step reserves the right in deciding the amount of partial refund based on the circumstances present. In any case when the fault lies on the part of third-party companies and a partial benefit has already incurred to the client, a partial refund would only be provided. This is subject to the client’s appeal provided that said appeal is made within 15 days after giving rise to the cause of action.
In all of these cases the company assures that refund requests would be reviewed quickly and thoroughly.
